sometimes I feel really down for no reason but it passes in a few days.
If you've been feeling bad for longer than a couple of weeks maybe have a chat with your GP. In the meantime fresh air, exercise and being kind to yourself along with talking to friends can help |

Walk in the forest, trips to the mountain to meditate.
Cuddles with my dog
Being kind to myself even when it seems others aren't.
Knowing that I need to keep moving forward,trying to be a better person than I was yesterday. |

Fresh air exercise
You live in Wrexham so not far from some very nice hills nature does wonders for your mood
Think positive list all the good things in your and write them down each day read and repeat
And as has been said talk to a trusted friend or family members |

I end up in the gym more than usual - a treadmill is a great way to thump up those dopamine hormones and helps you get fit too |
