I just feel so down right now, probably not the right place to post but what have you guys done to give yourself a little lift? I've never felt this low before and i dont know why i do

Sorry to hear that, there doesn’t have to be a reason sometimes it just happens. Hopefully it will pass quickly for you. Talk to someone you trust and try and remember it will pass

sometimes I feel really down for no reason but it passes in a few days.

If you've been feeling bad for longer than a couple of weeks maybe have a chat with your GP. In the meantime fresh air, exercise and being kind to yourself along with talking to friends can help

Go for a walk

Listen to music

Retail therapy

Do something you enjoy

Walk in the forest, trips to the mountain to meditate.

Cuddles with my dog

Being kind to myself even when it seems others aren't.

Knowing that I need to keep moving forward,trying to be a better person than I was yesterday.

Fresh air exercise

You live in Wrexham so not far from some very nice hills nature does wonders for your mood

Think positive list all the good things in your and write them down each day read and repeat

And as has been said talk to a trusted friend or family members

I’ve suffered for a long time, 25 years plus

A good run has helped alongside counselling & medication.

Even if you feel you can’t run, just follow the C25K plan, it’s a great way to start.

I end up in the gym more than usual - a treadmill is a great way to thump up those dopamine hormones and helps you get fit too
