Mine would call out ‘bullshit’ when people were lying. Or one that could tell you if a woman would be interested, if you approached her in the real world.

Either a bookshelf app, that would tell me if I already have a copy of a book,(CD, dvd)
Or
A magazine index, so I can find the copy of my magazine that had the article on how to repair something, for example.
Basically organisation off my life.

I wish they would. It's probably my age, but I don't trust 'the cloud' and prefer to own physical copies of films, music, books etc.
But I have a dreadful habit of trawling through charity shops and 2nd hand book shops, and buying duplicate copies, especially when the cover is different, or has a new title. |

It would be an app that put people in touch with God. Having your sins forgiven without having to mess about going to church would save a lot of time and hassle. No offence to LisaB but confessing to God carries just that bit more weight.
Like a sat nav; where you can pay extra and get road maps for Europe and beyond, there would also be the facility to talk to Allah and whatever other gods we could get to sign up. Imagine being able to go right to the horse's mouth to find out what he really is telling his people to do, rather than relying on the Daily Mail and Facebook for information.
We would find out if there are any female gods. All gods are male...really? Are we supposed to believe that?
Most of all the biggest benefit would be that now churches wouldn't be needed any longer, the money raised could be used to turn all those beautiful buildings into homes (not shelters) for homeless. Now what self-proclaimed righteous living person wouldn't vote for that?
If that app is not possible I'll just have one that gives me next week's football results please. |
