Swap shop. Our parents thought tiswas was to anarchic for us to watch. I later found out that if we weren’t around they used to enjoy watching it themselves!

I was mainly a BBC kiddie - so SwapShop, Saturday Superstore, Live & Kicking and all those! But did do the sneaky channel change from time to time.

Never liked Tiswas, too immature, preferred Swap Shop.

Then I accidentally witnessed Chris Tarrant's epic "this is what they want" unscripted (at least it appeared so to me) rant and I was hooked. No more Swap Shop.
