It's not the outfit itself that makes it special, it's the woman wearing it i am sure you can pull off sexy without much effort

Oh yes, I love a lady who takes a vintage look, but then I think simply having the confidence and self-assurance to choose a particular style and run with it is sexy in itself, almost regardless of what that style is.

But vintage / alternative suggests also a slightly different and independent way of thinking about the world in general, and that's also a big turn-on for me.
