Our usual Friday night means coming to bed by 8.30 pm. If hubby is able to grab a nap on Saturday afternoon we can manage a ‘normal’ Saturday night. If not we head to bed before 9pm then too as he’s often falling asleep on the sofa
He sleeps while I sit in bed reading/knitting/browsing internet |
