For people with a bath ... I will work on the Perfect shower on later .
1.
SHUT OFF THE PHONES, AND LOCK THE BATHROOM DOOR

Start filling the tub with hot water and bubble bath in a soothing scent.

Light candles.Turn off the lights Turn on soft music.

Sink into tub and get comfortable. Use eye pillow, or resort, a cold washcloth. Let your mind just drift. Focus on the hot water, the soothing scented bubbles, the quiet music and the cool darkness over your eyes. Intentionally relax each muscle starting from your toes and working up till your entire body and mind are at ease.

When the water starts to cool, wrap yourself in a big, soft, warm towel and slowly PAT yourself dry.

Moisturize your entire body before you turn on the lights, turn off the music blow out the candles and open that door. calmly re-enter the world outside your bathroom ...
It Dont cost alot and i feel FAB after doing this ... I come across doing this as my lights was not working in the bathroom so i got the candles out and was thinking why have i not been doing this as its lovely. Lights are working now but i am now doing this most weeks now. xx

that would be lovely if my bathroom didn't look like the opening scenes from an episode of DIY SOS and didn't harbour temperatures so low that the BBC asked if they could film an episode of frozen planet in there |

lights off just 3 or 4 candles you will not see it untill you tune the lights on again ... you can lay there in your hot bath and dream xx |

It's also nice listening to soothing meditation music available via smartphone apps. We use a 3.5 mm x-mini speaker not loud but for a better clear sound.
Of course silent baths are equally important  |

only have a dinky bathroom but still have a minibath, ooooo cannot beat a sweet smelling, candlelit, bath to music. You are absolutely right Jo, costs very little and sooooo sensual. |

do you know i dont think alot know how lovely this is with out spending alot xxx so sensual and make you feel fab x just lights off and bubbles and a candle or two x

Missing ingredient - someone of the opposite sex!
We liked all the sexy Roman nude bathing in Ben Hur on TV over Xmas, but heard that the Romans didn't change their water and just kept topping it up, so they were bathing in old cum, washed off dirt and skin particles so maybe it really wasn't as nice as films make out! |
