I maybe in the minority With this one but..
Jump to: Newest in thread
I am sick of seeing pictures of women with those ridiculous cat ears or bunny ears, glasses and enlarged eyes and photoshopped skin tones.
I dunno it's just boring and additional falseness on top of fake tan, fake hair, fake eyelashes, fake lips, fake boobs.
Are people that ashamed of how they look these days and that insecure?
It's a sad indictment of society these days where women and men are forced into believing that they must look a certain way it's down to programs like towie and the like that have brainwashed a whole generation.
Please ladies be yourself you don't need all that fake nonsense to be beautiful don't hide behind silly picture altering apps.
Wow I really went off on one there |

"All I want to do is fuck shaved asses and hairy minge
Why not hairy asses too?"
Because hairy assholes looks a bit like the mouth of a bearded man who does the duck face with his mouth and that sort of freaks me out a bit.
Realised that the sort of and a bit meant the same but fuck it |

I thought they were just meant to be a bit of fun. *shrugs* I didn't think people took them seriously or got that wound up over them... think the op would be violently angry if they ever met me with my full make up and eyelashes and I even sometimes wear fake tan!!! Shock fucking horror.
Chill!! |

...she said I'd stood her up on a social...I didn't she was wearing massive sunglasses yesterday and a surgeon's mask on her avatar. Gave me a bad veri.
OK so that's a purely made up scenario, but just because she knows what she looks like, then don't assume we do. |

I’m not really into it either. I have friends who alter their photos to the point they start looking like a cartoon. And some are absolutely fooling... cause they don’t look like that in real life (flawless skin/ youthful etc) in reality all these women are attractive anyways.. so I don’t quite understand why they go to those lengths.
And... FYI the guys have started to use it too.
When I see that I just find it a turn off.
It just takes character away from the face/person. Maybe the little imperfections are endearing

Outside of here i cant see a issue really, people have been editing pictures for years. I can see why on here and other dating sites its not great though since you want a clear idea if you like said person from the pictures. Seeing 1 or 2 wouldnt put us off aslong as there are some without filters aswell i would class it the same as people who use certain angles to show themselves better.. |

Here we go again. Same old arguments about using Snapchat filters.
They are a bit of fun. Don’t like them then just move on with your lives.
If they really offend you then your the ones with the problem. Just shows what a bunch of snowflakes people are becoming if they get offended by someone having fun with their pictures.

Completely agree. I think they look a bit childish. Definitely think that snapchat is aimed at the younger generation. I mean, it's fun to play anout with some times, but seriously, for a profile pic? |

And what do you class as the younger generation?
Are we the younger generation? If so then it’s ok for us to use them. |

I’m not a fan of them either but they’re doing me no harm so it doesn’t bother me.
It’s an interesting one these days though .. you meet an apparently beautiful girl but when you wake up with her the next morning you see that her bum isn’t pert, the pants just held her buttocks in place, her boobs are down to her navel really but the push up bra made it look otherwise, there appears to be a wig (hair extensions) all over the pillow. False eyelashes stuck to the headboard and the odd fingernail that has pinged off in the throws of passion. Good job the eyebrows were tattooed on
Before I’m pounced on..... this is not a serious comment |
