No MOT is bad but no insurance is just an insult to other drivers or pedestrians they may hit I would report both there is no excuses for not having it. |

If the car isn't insured or appropriate for the road it shouldn't be on it simple as that.

"Did you post a thread about this before OP?
Yes but as i said before it was no insurance and now its no insurance or mot "
I think I posted on that thread and said if there’s no tax there’s usually no insurance or mot. Pisses me right off people who do that. I would report her. |

Can you leave an anonymous note on the car? At the end of the day she might genuinely have forgotten mot date... No harm in giving her the benefit of the doubt. You could always check again a week later and report if still not done |

To be fair, I do have to keep checking my current mot certificate to see when it runs out. |

I didnt teport the no mot bit because it takes 5 days to get on the dvla system and the ne gdpr laws prevent the testing station from sending reminders unless you opt out of it |

"I'd report for the no insurance as if she hits a child the results could be devastating"
If she hits anyone it’s devastating. If she hits a car it’s devastating |
