I recall that there were some changes in UK law that would deem such images illegal. Not sure if they have passed into law, but certainly there was some discussion on here about it.
It's possible that a pic mod has interpreted fabs position as being in line with this.
I have had some pictures accepted on many occasions that, at a later date, if uploading again, have been rejected. |
