Often.
I’m on co-codamol which puts me through phases of loving food and eating non stop, to feeling sick at the thought of food. I’m currently at the feeling sick stage |

Are we talking Monday of last week or yesterday? If you mean yesterday then that's barely 24 hours which is nothing. |

I forget to sleep before I forget food. I have a ridiculous metabolism, so much so that I even went on shakes to try and fill me up as well as increase my calorie intake. I don't put on weight and can eat a full meal again within an hour of eating the first. Oh and I'm always watching food challenges on YouTube (usually makes me go order like 40 nuggets a large McChicken meal and mozzarella dippers) just to tide me over for a bit. |

If you’re on a diet then a bacon sandwich and a microwave burger isn’t the way to go.
You need to eat for your metabolism to work, unless you really know your shit then missing meals isn’t the way to go. You can do intermittent fasting and can have carb refeeds if you know all your macros and know exactly how many calories you are consuming.
Fat doesn’t make you fat, sugar makes you fat. Processed foods are full of sugar, starving yourself and then eating crap won’t make you lose weight and you’ll just get fatter because your body will think you’re starving then cling on to whatever you eat next and convert it directly to your fat stores. |

I know all that just these past few days been a bit busy and other things on my mind... I eat salads and I deliver to Indian restaurants and they make me curries. If I have a Korma I tell them to leave out most of the sugar. I drink loads and I unload a full van of frozen chickens, lamb etc rice, onions on my own everyday, so it's not like I've not worked off the crappy burger.it was just a quick option at the time. |

fresh strawberries, fresh blackberries, a banana and a a raspberry quark yoghurt

Mixed nuts & raisins

Wholemeal pasta with roasted onions, peppers, tomatoes & sweet potato pakora

Apple & tangerine

Shreddies & strawberries
Yesterday wasn't great though - there were choccies in the office |
