Yeah. Sprouts are not just for Christmas, I'd eat them everyday if it wasn't for the farting.

Used to have them most weeks as a child with the Sunday roast, but rarely buy them these days. They shouldn't be just for Xmas though!

I like them roasted with butter and a sprinkling of nutmeg and turmeric.

Certainly are lovely roasted with a little chilli infused olive oil then just at the end a little grated cheddar cheese to make a sauce.
