Rest, try not to do too much over-thinking, plan everything you need to do, write things down and tick them off when done.

Don't do them in your head.

If you're feeling that bad, I hope you're getting professional help. There is no need to suffer alone.

Stourbridge

Hopefully you have been able to speak to a trained councillor or nurse that can help you. The worst thing people can do is hide it, as it magnifies it expediently.

Have you got professional support for your issues? Do you know who to ask?

Be kind to yourself. Sleep if that's what your body wants you to do.

I don’t know your circumstances, but sometimes you have to let go. They can still help you with the recovery process, you don’t want to be depressed forever.

They can still help you cope with whatever is causing you to feel so depressed. You don't want to suffer the rest of your life. There is no need to.

What's making you depressed then OP ? What is triggering it ?

I'm not being nosey

There are a lot of shared experiences in these forums

Your problems may be relatable to others

It's sometimes in the least expected of places that we find a pathway to happiness

Combined with professional help, just talking can be cathartic

Not guaranteed but worth a punt
