Maybe your girlfriend's, or perhaps you've bought yourself a pair especially...
And if you wear them on a regular basis how long did it take for you to learn how to walk in them?

Tried my first pair in my teens. I was at a friends overnight after a night out, always loved how heels looked. Temptation got the best of me and I tried them on.
I've owned many pairs over the years, styles always changing, but always love the stiletto heel. Through years of experience, I consider myself a confident walking in heels, and wearing them an entire day, with very little discomfort.  |

I was at a clinic a few months ago, and one of the guys there was told to walk in a certain way, "like you've borrowed your girlfriend's heels". Without missing a beat he said "I do it every weekend". |

We once had a drag queen themed party and it was ridiculous how excited the guys got when one of my friends with large feet turned up, they were all desperate to try her shoes. |

I used to own a pair of Cuban heels with heels almost 3 inches tall. I'm already 5 feet 11 inches so clearly it's not about me boosting my height more from being short! Loved them to bits though. |

I mean I’m a crossdresser so not really who this is aimed at, but it only took me a short while to learn to walk in them (probably because I’m dyspraxic so had enough difficulty learning to walk in the first place) |

Yup have done, will be again as i ve got a pair of 8inch to wear for rocky horror.. Going with gf and girls friends and they ve sourced me the lot.. Hold ups, basque etc.. How long to learn to walk in the standard heels... Few hours, if that, its all about balance etc... I m a dancer sooo.. |

Size 12 feet means opportunity is rare, though just round the corner from the hospital when I was receiving chemo is a specialist shoe shop that had size 12 stiletto shoes, I think I did OK, but the shop assistant said I was cheating as I had my drip stand for support  |

I was talked into it once, when I was in my early 20s by my g/f at the time. I was great at walking up stairs, once I worked out just to put the flat bit on the stair, but nearly broke my neck, coming downstairs. After about 20 mins my legs wear killing me. Respect to you ladies, who wear them all day or out to clubs dancing. |

Used to live in heels, now I can probably do a couple of hours max.

I wear heels when I'm out in a fetish club, generally big 6/7inch 'stripper' heels. I can wear them all night, although it is very pleasant taking them off again.
I don't really consider myself a TV/cross dresser, I'm just a dude in heels and a miniskirt. Plus if you had legs like mine... |

Not sure if I am counted, but recently bought a pair of high heeled shoes. It took me a good few weeks to get used to them, still have the odd moment with them. |

Hats off to anyone who can walk well in them.
I fell off mine one night in Lime St station. Bounced back up before anyone noticed (yeah right).
Continued with my night.
Felt like I'd been kicked up the arse by a giraffe the next morning.

Well did the whole rocky horrer vamp look last night.. Basque, make up, heeled thigh boots, stockings etc and made night of it.. All because gf s been asking me to try her nylons... Got her to blindfold herself at front door and walked her into candle light, rock music, chocolate paste, alcohol and popping candy... When i took her blind off, first words were.. Fk where did you get them boots, bloody gorgeous, followed by this is really horny... Hrels, piece of piss to walk in but false nails a sod to remove... She took pics   |

4 1/2" are my limit, after that I'm tottering about looking like I'm desperate to go to the loo. 4" I can walk well for quite long distances or a night out dancing. Respect to anyone who can walk in heels over half their foot length |

Three inches probably my limit, I'm out of practise. Used to have a lovely black leather pair with a platform, could walk miles in them , used to call them the All Terrain High Shoe, but sadly they've gone to the shoebox in the sky.

I used to meet with a cross dressing friend fairly regularly, he had a pair of stilettos and also a pair of thigh high black patent boots. Tried them both on, how you Girls move around at all, let alone all day is beyond me. |

We do have a pic of Mr dancing in high heals, really d*unk, up & down the dance floor.
Bearing in mind Mr is top heavy is better than Mrs in heals...
Would post the pic but it's at our local Social and other people are in the pic, certainly drew attention. |

I vaguely remember us both being rather tipsy and the topic of conversation being about her wearing heels all day..
Next thing I know I was squeezing my feet into them and tottering around like bambi on ice for a bit but quickly got used to them in the short time I had them on though lol..
As has been said by others in this thread, I don’t know how you ladies can wear them for prolonged periods of time.. |
