I fractured my hand last night because I’m a heavy handed clumsy thing! Now I’m home from work and not surrounded by people I’m struggling to make a hot drink and Cher only knows how I’ll wash my hair. Luckily it’s not my dominant hand and I do have a handsome chap cooking my dinner later - but he cannot see me with greasy hair 
Help. Any top tips for this one handed wonder? |

I hope that resolves itself soon. Uff. Doesn’t sound like fun at all. I fear my hair needs a wash more than dry shampoo. I need the ‘Bettaware’ catalogue. Bet there are loads of handy gadgets and stuff in there. |

Haha. My hairdresser will tell me to feck off. There’s no such thing as a quickie with my hair.
Mi bitches have suggested I just cover myself in shampoo and get in the shower. Wish me luck |

I had a rotator cuff injury. Weeks of physio were useless. Finally got an ultrasound scan & one single cortisone injection cured it almost overnight. Worth every penny.
