I meet so infrequently anyway and the guys I tend to converse with wouldn't say that tbh as you kind of get a feel for what someone is like early on. I have had guys say let's go for a few drinks instead and yes the inevitable has happened but then they haven't been selfish as I still have boobs and a clit that they can pleasure me with.

I do share when I'm on my period. Not, like, details, but "I want to meet you but I'm sorry, a logistical challenge has arisen". It's also an interesting filter: do they expect you to "service" (ugh) them or get squeamish at the mere mention of the word "period"? They're out of the running, then.

I think it’s a context issue sometimes and inappropriate timing. If it’s a “regular” guy that you’ve met and built up a bit of banter with to be able to understand that they just trying to have a laugh, it’s not that bad a thing. But from a stranger that you’ve only ever exchanged a few messages from on here it’s pretty off really.

I've never had anyone say that to me, one or two have said they'd be quite happy to have period sex though. If you weren't interested in them in anyway I wouldn't have bothered mentioning your period as a reason as they'll just be back in a few days asking again,just say you don't want to meet them.
