I used to really enjoy a bottle of Weston’s vintage black top cider, chilled
8.3% it’s not to everyone’s taste but I enjoyed the strong oak aged cider. But give me a Guinness I would puke like mad, same with rum, brandy, whiskey etc
I just can’t go near them
What’s your no way alcoholic drink? |

"All of it.. t total
I am now ( not by choice) due to treatments I can’t drink now"
Mine was originally not by choice due to chronic pain but I'm much happier without it these days so choose not to. |

Lager, any lager. It all tastes shit, I prefer real ales or Belgium beers.
A nice bottle of Delerium to drink, always goes down nicely. At 8.5% it is quite smooth, as opposed to special brew which is disgusting. |

Gin - smells like Fairy Liquid and just couldn't contemplate drinking it.
I also swear I'll never drink Tequila again every time I have it but then someone suggests slammers and I foolishly dive in!! |

Gin is vile stuff, I'm not into bitter either and I've gone off lager barring the odd pint at the start of a night out, if I'm going to drink beer it has to be a good quality Belgian or German one
Dark rum is my poison |

I haven't had gin since I was a teen - it seemed a good idea on a cold winters night to down a bottle of neat gin to keep me warm - I woke up at the crack of dawn was dripping with sweat, walked for miles still smashed, got home put my head down and when I woke up again I felt like i had drank paint stripper and ran over by a stampede of angry animals. I haven't tried it since for years I couldn't stomach the smell. |

Pernod is just yuk! I kissed someone who’d had Pernod once. Nearly made me sick! |

Stella Artois. For some reason even half a pint and I get violent headaches from it. I steer clear of it at all costs. My tipple these days is either Strongbow dark fruits or a vodka, lemonade and lime. |

I was working for a client who's husband recently died and she wanted me to plant a rose in his memory. She also wanted me to raise a glass of his favourite tipple (whiskey), i can't stand the stuff and despite my protestations that i'd rather not was quite insistant. So i put a brave face on it and knocked it back and valiantly hid the fact it was making me gag. |

Most of it. All beers, most spirits. I don't mind the odd Martini with lemonade and most wines plus the occasional cider.
I am a cheap date though as I'm usually quite merry after two drinks. |

"The drink of my misspent youth was Red Thunderbird. Now i wouldn't touch the rotten vile concoction "
Same but the blue was good to or at least hit the spot and hit it hard. Nowadays it lager or bitter I can't stand and as I work for a major brewer best keep that on the down low. |

Cider; what an awful excuse of a drink, when I smell cider breath I just walk in the opposite direction.
Scotch; devoid of any flavour to warrant drinking it.
'Rose wine', now I've been to provence where rose wine originates, the wines there are some of my favourite, including the rose wine. But, that is where that stops. The stuff you get in this country is awful and that American tat really is a non entity. |

As an ex bartender/bar manager/wine merchant/whisky dude I've been lucky enough to try & appreciate most things but one thing I can't stand is Raki.
Thankfully it's not something you come across every day though |

I lost my 18th birthday weekend to Pernod. I haven’t touched it since either. It’s a bad hangover. |
