Wouldn't say it was a waste of time, but agree with you that 80per cent of the couples who contact me are generally the male half (or a random male) arsing about.
When it comes to arranging a meet they disappear/have to go to work/have a doctor's appointment etc etc.

We seem to chat to a lot of couples that eventually just go missing, either unlos or they decide to block us and move on to fresh meat. Obviously sometimes you are chatting to only one half of the couple and when the other half have a look then they decide to pull the plug. I would imagine that singles would find less complications. |

Undoubtedly there are fakes, often easy to spot, and dreamers who talk a good game but never actually meet- common, harder to spot and deeply frustrating but I get what I want from the site. When I was looking for couples I gave up using the site and relied on clubs instead.
Fwiw I used to hate being asked to do phone calls, if you're chatting to a well verified couple you're putting up a barrier. Unverified it's more understandable but it only tells you a woman knows about the profile and will chat, still not proof its the woman in the pics so it's still a leap of faith when you meet to some degree. |

I've noticed a lot of comments on this thread about all the new profiles with stolen pics, etc., that turn out to be fakes (and yes, they even appear on the forums)....
Well if you suspect the profiles are fake, wtf are you messaging them for??? Why do people still contact new suspect profiles and waste time chatting to them and asking to meet? Being duped by 1 is grumble-worthy... Being duped by 12 or 13 would seriously have me looking at myself and how I approach this site. |

As has been mentioned you get out what you put in. There are a lot of “talkers” about, but there’s also lots of genuine folk. It’s like fishing, some weekends you’ll pull a blank, whilst others your catch is one for the album!
