Been sitting in the Audi garage for over five hours now and pissed off.
Booked in for screen calibration and a recall on heater element. Three hour job, so to save hassle of courtesy car and a later appointment I agreed to wait. Thought I could do a little work online then walk to Hitchin town centre for lunch. Over five later - still waiting.

Have a moan about and long ypuve had to wait, maybe say you've had to cancel a meeting.
I work with someone who was pretty much forgotten about, he complained, they lent him an R8 for the weekend! |
