We've been having a chat with a fab friend and we randomly got onto the topic of conjoined twins and if they have sex then how and who gets to make the decision and what would happen if one wants it and the other doesn't.
If they had sex and one begrudgingly goes along with it would that class as sexual assault and if so who would get charged? The third party or the third party and the other twin?
What if one is horny and the other isn't would they have to agree to masturbate if they shared a vagina?

Crikey, I'm not sure if the law defines them separately, depending how they're joined etc?
Let's be honest how could they have sex if one refused? They may even have separate genital organs?

It's certainly a conundrum!
Even worse... what if each want to get married (to different people), what would be expected of each couple? Should polygamy be allowed (provides they both wished to marry the same person) be allowed? |
