If it's a bird.. Then your in a whole world of complicated shit that will never be left to rest in one way or another... Remedy, go out for a pint with your mate and leave her to it, she, ll calm down once your not there to have a go at, it, ll sort itself out. |

it’s all you can do, if they’re a true mate they will listen and then the ball is in their court.
It depends on the strength of the previous friendship and the scale of the indiscretion of course, they may be hurt but all you do is offer a heartfelt apology and then it’s up to them whether they accept it or not. |

If it’s a dude, buy him a beer.
If it’s a woman,... it’s complicated, so many things you need to learn about how her feelings for you have changed. It’s a minefield, trying too hard makes her despise you for coming across as desperate. If you don’t try enough, she hates you because it’s proof you don’t care etc.  |
