It's a start-up attempt at a new payment system.....where Qs are the currency.

You have to be invited....and then invite further people to earn Qs....so sounds like a dodgy pyramid scheme....but it doesn't cost anything.

The guys behind it were among the original founders of PayPal so seem to have some credibility
