As a boy I remember brown shelled eggs were rare..if you found one in a box it was the exception.
Watching country file this evening (I didn't realise) the brown egg is from a brown chicken and the white egg a white chicken I thought it was the chicken s diet.
Apparently the white egg is cheaper to produce just as healthy and the chickens produce for longer and more frequently yet we British really only buy brown.
Would you do buy white eggs ? |
