I am verry happy that you are improving, mental health can be improved by any exercise, creative activity, eating healthilly and getting fresh air and good company. I was walking 9-12 miles every day through the worst of mine and it helped more than the drugs. I was a volunteer and cousellor for 5 years in mental health. So what I am saying comes straight from their services, it is not just my opinion. We spend too long locked up in front of the TV, or should I say television as I am a TV!
