I'm not the one for double messages, if its been seen but no reply i instantly assume their not interested.

But, say if conversation was flowing and a meet was arranged to nothing at all. Is it worth that second message just in case they forgot? Or leave it as it is not knowing? Nothing worse than coming across as a creepy pest.

What would you guys do?

If I had arranged to meet I would expect them to keep in contact. They might be like me though and have a really bad memory and will need it jogged.

Please don’t message them again.....

People never forget things that are important to them....

If you don’t believe me....

Please let me barrow a 100 quid until next week....

If you definitely had something arranged i don't see anything wrong with another message..

I forget stuff all the time. All it takes is for something non fab related to pop up (appointment or something, or get called into work) and it can easily slip your mind. Especially when one party says the day of the week and someone else uses the date.

Half the time I don't have a fucking clue what the date is.

This it is weakness and neediness.

If someone wants to meet there are no excuses.

Life gets in the way sure but if they really want it to happen they will make sure it does. Simple as that.

As to people chatting then disappearing on you I look at that as an end of conversation.

If they the type that only get back in touch when they at a loose end fuck them off they treating you like sap.

Block them

I think it depends when it's arranged for ~ a week away, two, whatever.

I'd expect a bit of chat in the run up, not every day (I'm not that needy!) but definitely a day or 2 before to confirm. If that went unanswered that's when I'd think it wasn't happening and either a) make other arrangements b) throw my dummy out of the pram or c) wank it away

Under the Duvet

I've been chatting to people before now, then if I'm offline for a couple of days I can come back to hundreds of new messages and the old ones are lost in the morass.

So if someone is keen enough to send a second message and I like them then chat can be resumed and I've gone on to meets this way.

If they want to meet they will make it happen....

If your ghosted then it's not that important to them so do something else.

If we are talking about arranging a meet and someone stops replying we assume that they're no longer interested. It's happened to us a couple of times.

The thing is if they are ignoring you do you really care if they think you're creepy?

Message them and put your mind at ease, at best they've forgotten to reply, at worst they ignore you. Either way you've got your answer.

Brighton - even Hove!

I don’t send any. Makes my fab experience much less stressy.
