It’s very few people on Fab in the USA , so when you find someone you get on with...
It’s like finding a diamond ring in a pile of dog poo...
A couple asked me to host and I explicitly told them it’s nothing personal... But I just don’t host couples....
I’m not married or anything like that.... I just hate having 2 strangers at my house...
A single female I don’t care , but the way my apartment is set up. I can’t keep my eyes on everyone.... |

Not unreasonable. What was their reason for not hosting? If all parties like each other but aren’t able to host a hotel seems like the obvious solution. If they’re not happy about a hotel I’d question why they were so keen to go to your home.

I have a home office with sensitive material around.....
I offered a hotel but the were insistent on coming to my home.....
I assured them I wasn’t married but they felt hotels are too informal and the wife hates them...
Oh well, I guess I’ll just go out... |

Not unreasonable, sensible. Like you said, you cant keep an eye on both. Hotel or club. I also agree with an earlier comment, if they are so keen to go to your pad, thats dodgy

For any meet, you decide and enforce your own rules. Likewise with anybody that may enter your home - you decide who is invited.
It's what's right and this reasonable for you only that counts.
In the USA there are pockets of higher density of swingers and desperation isn't any reason to open yourself up to meeting in inappropriate circumstances for you. There are other ways of meeting to ensure you are all comfortable and meeting enough people |

Apart from that a single woman could look at your sensitive material while you were in the loo I don't think you're being unreasonable. Your home, your rules. |

The elevator is my front door and the only bathroom is in my bedroom....
