I do block now.
And only because I read their profile and its clear they will never be interested i.e. tattoos, short guys, bald heads etc then i use that option.

Yes, there was one bloke who kept looking at my profile and his avatar made me urge, so I blocked him. |

I did post in the site feedback forum many moons ago that a feature where you could mark profiles that you were not interested in would be very useful. These would then no longer appear in your local feed or searches etc but would not block them completely.
There are local profiles that fall within my 'looking for' criteria that I know I am not interested in (for many reasons) but do not want to block because they have never done anything to merit that. |

It was a close up pics of just his eyes. I found it unnerving every time he turned up on my 'looked at' list.
I have a real aversion to see through keks too, all I think about is how much nylon would be causing the guy to get really sweaty bollocks  |
