My sister suffers very badly with it. She says it's constant, worse at night when it's very quiet. I believe she's been given some special hearing aids which doesn't take it away just alleviates the symptoms a little bit x |

A lot of us here suffer Tinnitus and have discussed it in the forum a fair few times. I have it 24/7 and it drives me nuts sometimes.
Reducing stress as much as possible is likely to be a good management strategy. |

Had one dose of Cisplatin 10 years ago, caused tinnitus which has never stopped since.
Other sounds can reduce it, which is why it's worse at night, I now sleep with music playing.
It is bloody annoying! |
