Hello everyone, I'm the sort of bloke who could never kick a ball straight,I was always amongst the last two to be picked in the dreaded school line up for footy, even when my mates were picking I'd be last choice!

Individual sports was more my line, long jump, javelin, sprints, boxing etc.

How about the rest of you? What did you excell or bomb at?

I did gymnastics until I was 22 and had an accident.

I'm not sure I'm quite so flexible these days but I do try!

Was always good at sport but bombed at anything I wasn't interested in. Had one teacher hell bent on us playing hockey every week, fuck that.

i was really good at most sports, competed for the school in many sports including athletics. but in athletics i couldnt control my nerves! i would spend my whole time on the toilet before hand and get to the track and think i'm gonna shit myself while i was racing! i also remember once in long jump i couldnt control my legs running down the track, i ended up not jumping and just plowing head first into the sand! everyone just laughing at me lol im so glad there wasnt cam phones back then!

Field hockey when I was younger. I was really good at it too. I tried it again a year or so ago and I wasn’t so good.

I was above average at every sport I did at school, but not one of the exceptional girls.

I love team games.

Pretty much everything other than middle and long distance running, asthmatic so could never really get into it.

I guess I didn't have much tactical sense, mostly poor at team sports. I wasn't too bad at rugby just because I was usually the smallest player on the pitch, and whenever I was given the ball, I'd run like hell just to avoid being flattened by the bigger blokes, and could end up scoring a try out of sheer terror!

I wouldn't say I excel, but I'm not bad with a sword.

No, that's not a euphemism.

Had this Aussie exchange student join us when I was at school.

I remember his first delivery with cricket ball in hand.

He sprinted down the track and launched this bouncer that hit the school bully straight in the head.

He was out cold and fell back onto the stumps.

I instantly retired from all forms of cricket.

I hated football and rugby too. So I did cross country instead, 3 miles in twenty minutes: not bad for someone with exercised induced asthma. Then I took up road cycling.

Did like baseball and volley ball too. Hated any racket sport, no co-ordination.

I played netball, rounders and tennis for the school teams, also represented them for the discus, my record still stands sfter 32 years. Kept them up when I left school until my accidenr at 19. Also played darts since i was 18, and played at super league and county level for a few years.

Quite good at football even too this day, I still play with my mates but not competitively. I was school team captain and pretty much captain of every team I played for. Fitness and speed are the main things I lacked but my main asset was I have a good footballing brain, I wasn't good enough to be a pro like but definitely the only sport I was strong at

Also like boxing but only for fitness

At the risk of repeating myself; if you can do it in your ordinary shoes it's not a sport.

Darts: Not a sport

Snooker: Not a sport

Driving a car: Not a sport

Copulating: Not a sport

I was pretty good at most sports, except football which in this country alienates you straight away, I therefore I drifted into the solo sports. Athletics proved to be my forte.

I was so good at tennis I used to have to play the PE teacher in order for a challenge.

My Grandmother then bank rolled my lessons and gear. But my Mother hated this and smashed up my racquet due to some messy family politics.

I could have been a contender!!!

I’m pretty crap at most sports now as my legs are shot.
