I’ve lost a stone since summer but I reckon I’ve put it back on this weekend

I’m not doing it for Christmas though ... doing it for me. Rejoining this place was the kick start I needed as in a weird way

Yes. I need to really focus on losing the last 7lbs and reaching target by the end of the year. I've been maintaining since August so it's time to step it up a gear

How is everyone doing? I've joined the gym this week. I'm starting my couch to 5k today. I'm aiming to do a half marathon run in September

Well done you. We got to week 5 on couch to 5k and I injured my hip... haven't run since. Keep thinking we should get back on it. I'm aiming to lose 7lbs by Christmas but haven't really done anything about it yet...

I decided at the beginning of August that I wanted to lose 2 stone by Christmas and I've nearly done that. So I might try and lose another. I had knee surgery on Monday though and so my activity levels are way down and I'm anticipating a small gain or at least no losses for a week or two. Still eating sensibly though

The hardest bit is starting. Tomorrow is a good day to start as it's 7 weeks for Xmas. 1lb per week. Target accomplished
