Yeah if you click on a profile that has blocked you you get a message saying you can't view it, either because you've blocked it, or it's blocked you or admin has suspended it.
If however, as I think the OP is referring to, it's a case of doing a search by username and not getting a match it can either be the profile has been hidden, the profile is blocked (either by you or them), the profile is UNLOS or simply you typed it in wrong  |
