We're having Lincolnshire sausages and baked beans on toasted seeded batch. The question is does it need a fried egg?

100# but not supermarket processsed rubbish. Proper hen or duck egg from the farm. No comparison

Got a few Cumberland sausages slowly cooking to be joined with some maple cured bacon and soft scrambled eggs with chives and parsley

Just make sure you make a "sausage" dam across your plate so that the beans don't touch the eggs.

I don't eat sausages so I'm happy to sacrifice them for this Nobel cause.

Have to have the fried egg..A lovely runny yolk..Yum..Just had 2 Cumberland sausages,Clonakilty black pudding(it's a crumbly pudding),3 fried eggs and toasted soda bread Heaven on a plate .Is there a huge difference between Lincolnshire sausages & Cumberland sausages?

Jesus yeah you can't beat Cumberland sausages,they're feicing lovely.Try the Guinness sausages..bit pricey but they're ok
