Reading verifications on profiles

It's very subjective.
The verification depends on the person's involved in the encounter.
If anyone else were to meet that person it could be a completely different affair and that shouldn't put people off.
Personally I read the profile, all of the profile and then look at the pictures for an attraction and importantly start chatting and establish a decent connection.
But that's just my take

What a person's been with?  .
I read veris to get more of a feel for a person. To see if there is a running theme in what is being said. I'm more for personality and how they treat a person, than solely focused on looks. I don't use it to put a red mark against someone for go they've met. Though I have been guilty of doing it on the past. Now I just judge a person on their own merit and seen if we would be compatible for meeting regularly  |

It annoys me , I have a few and they aren't all meets and I sometimes get replies saying sorry you have to many Veris. I reply by asking if you have read them and clearly they haven't , but I am pleased with them even though some are insulting me lol |

I did when I was actively meeting... And yes... There were people who I avoided because of who they had met and/or played with. Sometimes just to stay the hell away from drama, sometimes for health/hygiene reasons, and sometimes because of the 'girl code'.
I would also check the veris a prospective meet had left for others... Their tone would sometimes influence my decision. If they were overly explicit and graphic for example, it would put me off.
Damn picky ain't I?

I would rather meet someone whose verifications are hidden tbh...i like to make my own judgement about them rather than have it skewed by some over enthusiastic whitterings given by someone basking in the afterglow of 'the best meet of their life' |

Glad I wasn't alone in raising an eyebrow at that turn of phrase 
I read veris, along with the profile (Yeah I know!! Shocker!! ) - I would never not meet someone based on their veris alone, although it might put me off if someone had overly graphic veris and had in turn left overly graphic ones for people they had met - certainly wouldn't avoid someone because of who else they had met necessarily - they're just another part of the overall profile though really that give another perspective on the person. |

Just focus on the ones who do . If someone doesn't want to meet me based on who I've met, I don't really care. I like who I meet and am having a great time |

Exactly this for me too. Verifications can give you an idea of a person but you also need to keep an open mind and make your own mind up about them. I can be put off a person by who they've met previously though. |

Same as both above. Veris give me a gauge of what the person I’m meeting is like and how they come across, what previous meets thought. I have to say some are way over inflated when you read between the lines 
I don’t display mine.... one new veri and it’s almost certain to attract unwanted attention I’d rather avoid. It also pisses me off immensely ( excuse the language!) when guys don’t think about about how their verifications read once sent, sometimes they may make one feel insignificant over previous meets. Whilst it might be worded ‘politically correct’ you just know what HASNT been said! |

When we were meeting we would do the veri trail as there are a few in our area than we really wouldn’t want to meet , nor anyone who had met them .
Then we figured that people probably said the same about us , so it was pointless in the grand scheme of things ,
And now that we aren’t meeting and haven’t done since May , I have to say our lives have become so much more relaxed |

Yes, if I look at a profile then I do read the veri's and might look at the veri's veri etc. It's definitely put me off profiles from veri's given and received also I do wonder about the veri's not being displayed.

yes your right i need to display a harder exterior as being nice doesnt seem to work.
i have emptied my hotlist (as they have no intention of meeting) and will be doing the same with friends who are the same. |

To be honest yes it can do. I've a shit load of them but won't display anything grafic. I don't see the point. I mean why surely even if I was a true swinger (I'm not by the way) some things are best kept private. |

I work behind the bar in a swingers club but don't drink and rarely play. All of my verifications are 100% genuine, i have hidden a few as they are mispelt or just to graphic. I'm happy with mine as they are. |

Doesn't put me off but I do chuckle to myself when I read a profile stating "I would never play with a married man/woman"....then you read verifications and details of a sexual encounter with a married person. No opinion on the matter of married people playing, just gets on my tits when folk talk shite. |

I read them. They're obviously going to be positive so they're not very subjective.
But they're useful to see if the person has a usual type, and if that type is massive muscle guys with six packs, I usually move on |
