Nottingham

I saw a story last night on the news in which a member of fabswingers was murdered in London by someone she met on the site.

Pretty scary that there are murderers using our fabled hookup/dating platform.

Always remember folks, exercise caution when meeting people you don't know. Most of us here are sensible people, but seriously, worst case scenario you end up meeting a psychopath like this person did!

How did they know she was a member of this site?

Horrible news whatever...

All very sad of course, but I think a bit of perspective is needed.

I am not aware of any other murder arising from a swinging encounter in the UK. Compare that to the number of people killed by family members.

You're far more likely to be killed by someone you know than a random stranger.

Both the victim and the murderer were on this site apparently - it was how they discovered each other.

Detectives are usually quite good at finding out how a murderer met his victim.

Reminds me of another court case recently, when two people met up in Wales off Fab Guys. One of them was sent down for attempted murder after stabbing the person who invited him round to his place for some hanky panky.
