Its never felt like Xmas here to be honest , sometimes cold winter frosty mornings did have a certain magical feel to them and here doesnt have the Xmas buzz that you found in the UK .

I feel a bit cheated by the weather to be honest, as I had been preparing for sub-zero temperatures and wintry conditions during my camping trip over Christmas.
Now, it looks like it would be warmer than the washed out summer we had this year!
Grrrrrrrrrr! 
Can't complain, as it will be fun, whatever the weather.
