It looks nice to me but you need to do what makes you happy. Squats, stair walkers, lunges etc will help you tone up your bum and thighs but the first few times will hurt like a mother fucker for a day or 2 after |

OP congrats on your weight loss, and your rear looks divine.
P.s, loads of squats will burn fat and build muscle, weights will build more.
light weight high repetition will burn fat & tone |

Rosemary Conleys 'hip and thigh' diet was the rage when I was younger. Very low fat diet basically, was good for people who liked boiled sweets etc, and alcohol was permitted. It did what it said. Shifted women's key area's. |

You've got a gorgeous bottom, if you do loads of squats you'll lose the grabbability factor, all men like a bit of a squidgy bum rather than one you could crack walnuts with........so you don't want to change a thing |

Lose weight from bum same way you would from any other part of your body.
Doing situps does not burn tummy fat, doing squats does not burn bum fat.
Squats are a good way to burn fat in general as your legs are big muscles. They can also be used to build ass muscle which can make your ass look great once the fat starts to go. |

You can’t, I repeat, CAN NOT spot reduce fat from ones body. Unless you get it sucked out.

Diet and exercise will reduce overall body fat but you can't spot reduce - your body will naturally hold on to fat in some places and lose it more readily. You can tone certain areas but your body will do what it does! |
