A friend of mine worked at a well known pizza chain and used to love calling out across the kitchen for a 12” meat treat!

Have you ever had smoked salmon and rocket on a pizza base with no tomatoes just a bit of olive oil and black pepper - lush (sometimes I add a bit of mascarpone too). Obviously you add the topping after the base is cooked!
