I used to love egg and soldiers but last time we got an off egg, cracked it open and it was just blood

Was awful it was my go to meal when I was sore (which is really often) but meh |

Used to love eggs but since biting into half a hard boiled one which had unbeknown to me gone off; and yes they taste just like they smell, I haven't been able to touch one since, can't even stand the smell of them cooking |

They are.
I use them in cakes.
In the summer I’m overrun with them. ( I have 3 geese ).
