Simple 2 part question for us GNR lovers ....

November Rain...

Slash, playing on the piano, during the funeral scenes.

Leaping on my bed to air guitar along, didn't end well for my bed!

Never seen them live, wasn't through lack of trying.

I saw then live a few years ago at Nottingham arena - I got free tickets

They were ok but not amazing. The only one of the original line up playing was Axl. I thought the support act, Thin Lizzy, were better - obviously not the original line up as Lynott died some time ago.

'It's so Easy'

First heard it when I was 8 years old and it is the single most influential song on my taste in music.

Never saw them live though. I was too young when they were in there prime and I'd have no interest in seeing them now.

They should never have got back together in my opinion.

It was perfect the way it was.

Welcome to the Jungle is mine, Rocket Queen is the bf's.

Saw them in Berlin in June, first time for me, G has seen them a few times. It was a fantastic show, although shorter than the other European shows, perhaps due to noise restriction laws.

Had a brilliant time and would have went to another show if we could have afforded it. I've been a fan since I was 13. One of the best rock bands ever, I listen to them every day. They're on every Spotify playlist I have, even the kids like them. And AC/DC

Fraid to say that posting on a public Forum is exactly that, soliciting Opinions. As you seem to be a very literal person where Irony is obviously in short supply, may I suggest the Gun's and Roses fansite as a better venue for postings where you are expecting all the replies to be favourable to said cult -but I fear that, even there, you may end up in fisticuffs with one or two who may dare to disagree with your pre-ordained trajectory for a discussion.

Saw them in London last year, Axl was very much back on form and as well as being a lot slimmer than he had been, his voice also sounded great. I saw him fronting AC/DC the year before too and he was awesome , that's what made me decide to get tickets for the GnR tour

One in a million although live, possibly Mr Brownstone or Rocket Queen.

Seen a few times but best was Wembley for the launch of Use your Illusion albums. Faith No More supported them and it was mental. The Cult supported them at Milton Keynes Bowl for another messy gig.

Despite time moving on I thought they were still excellent at the London Stadium last year.

Hard to pick just one, been through phases of liking different ones, Don’t Cry, Estranged, Pretty Tied Up, Paradise City, Patience have all been faves.

I had such a massive thing for Gilby Clarke when I was younger, gutted that he wasn’t part of them getting back together when we saw them at Download last year.

Axl is certainly past his best now but Slash is still amazing and very glad I got to see the proper line up after 25 years of liking them!

Unless it's the original members I wouldn't entertain going to their concert.

It's a shame what happened but I'm just grateful they happened in my teens as I was discovering music.
