He’s leaving Radio 2 at the end of the year, at this rate all they’l Be left with is sh1t presenters! Just goes to show I guess, if it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it. Imposing Jo Whilley on him was a stupid and unnecessary action, and now the damage is done, she’s also ‘moving on’ to a late night program |

Some presenters have chemistry together and others don’t work. I’m not sure of the story here to be honest (was she shoehorned in to join him?).
To be honest I last listened to Simon Mayo on Radio 1 years and years ago, but I didn’t mind him back in the day. Never heard the Radio 2 show though.
Any news yet on a replacement? |
