Try planks and squats and anything that gets your heart rate up as that is what burns calories.
There’s plenty of exercises that you can do without going to the gym. Try you tube for examples from various personal trainers on there. |

Don't eat out, avoid takeaways and limit your diet! But who am I to talk im in the same boat I eat too much. |

Dont worry about trying to target yoir midrift... losing weight in general will help.
If your not a big gyn person and dont want to spend ages working out there are loads of things you can do at home. Aim for using big muscle groups as this burns more energy and developing them will increase your calorie burn throughout the day.. so squats, lunges, push ups, rows...
Mainly its going to be diet because you cant out exercise a bad diet and keep moving throughout the day |

Work on your diet first... reducing your calories will result in more weight loss quicker than just adding excercise. Obviously doing both is best though.

boxing... i do boxing lessons, i boxed at i fairly good level... the best fitness sport in my opinion |

Buy a pull up bar.
Attach it to doorway.
Hang from it and raise your legs out Infront of you.
Hold it for about 5-10 seconds lower slowly as you exhale.
Do this another 20 times every 3 hours. |
