When we can!

Our local bowling alley closed down about eight years ago

There was one on camp (I live near an army base) but as only people who had access to camp could use it (we only had access as my parents are both catering managers on there) hardly anyone used it and it closed down last year.

Our nearest bowling alley is over an hour away.

I go when it’s arranged by someone as a work thingamajig, or when the family gets together and the young ‘uns want to go.

It’s still definitely a ‘thing’ as it always seems to be packed!

Ah that's sad. We went to our local, OMG its so sad its like it needs a hug! 5 lanes, and pins on strings, like puppets! I'd never seen anything like it!

"Prefer top golf now "

I've got golf lined up for when I'm to old to cycle.

I love it but I'm shocking at it. I've even done bowling socials before its a good chance to get to know someone without it feeling like a Interview. Plus at Hollywood bowl they have Mario kart and that's where my competitive side really comes out, add to that the forfeits that can be made
