Bit of an obscure one this, but which singer should have joined a particular band who had almost the same style and sound: but not in this universe, for whatever reason.
You task is to name the band, singer and reason they never got together AT THE TIME.
Genesis & Kate Bush: because she was too young and undiscovered. (The Godfather of Prog and the Queen of theatricals and dance).
Kraftwerk & Gary Numan: Countries apart, incompatable keyboard power supplies! LOL
