I go bin stalking. 3 single pensioners in our road, get regually filled up by me over night. (Night before bin day). I would never lower myself to steal one.

A lot of councils now charge to replace wheelie bins, it's £15 a go. So people now resort to stealing bins from neighbours to avoid forking out for a new one.
