Depends who they are and how they'd react.
I've seen a few people I know, I messaged and ending up meeting up with one. The rest I know would be awkward so I blocked them. |

Unless it's someone you're 100% sure beyond any doubt would welcome you contacting them you move on to the next profile and are probably best blocking them for good measure  |

If its gonna be awkward its block and keep quiet if not then message them and see where it leads

We have met people we know from ordinary life at clubs and it’s not been an issue as you are both there for the same thing. However we’ve found friends on here and blocked them. Don’t want them seeing our naked bodies lol
