There’s a lot to be said for posting on the forums. It gets people to look at your profile and block you immediately rather than having to trawl through thousands of profiles to block you.

Keep posting, 75% of our posts get ignored 45% of the time and only 15% of the threads we start are totally ignored at least 85% of the time but we do enjoy contributing some of the time.  |

I do post occasionally... manly lurking tho..it may be tight sometimes but iv always been welcomed and given good advice when i needed it.
I lost my father recently and this place helps to take my mind away from my sadness ...thankyou all x

I cringe at myself for doing the old 'when in Rome'. I should not have been a sheep and followed the rest.
If it's worth anything,after a day or 2 on here I could tell I'd let myself down.

I read quite a few threads and post on a couple that interest me or where there is a bit of banter occurring.
Many threads end in one or two posters bickering or not agreeing to disagree, the inability to appreciate that someone has a different opinion to thier own makes me chuckle. Yes iam quite easily amused. |

I'm more of a lurker these days. There's no one of decent argumentative calibre these days. They all resort to petty bitchiness and then get a bit of time out. There's no fun or intellect there.  |

Not read the whole thread but the posts I have most have said they get ignored or are invisible. I'm 7ish years in here now and believe me we all do at times but mostly it's more if a threads moving fast posts get missed or your just not quick enough to reply to everyone it's just the way it is. Keep posting and us old timer will eventually notice you. Personally as I hope 1 or 2 might back me up here I do as much as i can to help newbies. I don't even have my filters set so anyone can pm me if they wish. If your acting the cock I'll crucify you but that takes so kinda arsehole to bring out of me. The forums are a small part of this place but for me and many like me there the best part. A fuck now and again isn't to bad either. Past you fuckers join in have some fun and welcome |
