BRIGHTON, UK

Have ask these questions..

Considering men are put on earth to pro-create......are naturally wired to be sexual opportuniests. Just like much their males of other species in the animal kingdom.

Our UK is supposedly an inclusive tolerant society..

1) why are women so surprised and repulesed in equal measure about men paying for sex.??

It still a taboo subject.

2) Along with those providing services are frowned upon.??

In is a human need just along with any other need....all guys are born equally in attracting the opposite sex,or though injury or disability can / confidence in meeting the opposite sex,or in deed wish to be tie down to a relationship.

Because soliciting sex is illegal, the conditions that sex workers are forced to work under are less than great, shall we say. I wouldn’t want to perpetuate that. If it was legal, making working conditions were better, I wouldn’t have an issue with it.

Addressing point 1.

We aren't all.

Point 2.

Don't care how women earn their money.

My view is this.

If your a very attractive women and selling sex gets you a better standard of living than you would have, I see it as a way to be financially secure.

Don't have to always meet for sex , some do ok with paid cam sessions and selling used panties to men.

I'm sure a clever women with a business head on could retire early than still be working in a shop or driving vans etc.

Not a 100% sure on the laws regarding prostitution but there's been plenty of open "fly on the wall" documentaries in brothels so I guess some aspect of it is legal?

There are a lot of independent ladies on Adultworks that are clearly enjoying what they are doing, and earning..not forced into it, but doing it because they want to and infect earn a liveing from it without the commitment of a 9-5 job..Personally, I do not have a problem with paid sex as long has they are doimg it willingly for themselves

I think it should be legal and should be governed so the safety of the woman who choose that profession is paramount.

I would still however judge a man who chose to pay. I would judge him for having no restraint or for acting on physical urges. Also for the fact he can't "pull" in normal circumstances. Much like you compared men's urges to animals, females are natural drawn to "alpha" or to put it bluntly more successful men.

How is paying for sex related to men being here for the sole purpose of pro creating?!

"I've never paid for sex and never will, would rather go without."

Used to think exactly that but after a conversation with a couple of work colleagues I'm starting to think differently.

Both have a friend who don't want any form of commitment, even casual dating but still obviously enjoy and want sex. So, once a month or so they go a reputable establishment with no drugs or pimps, pay to have sex, then go home again.

I'll be honest, it used to repulse me but as long as it's consensual, I'm thinking why not?

That's your choice ,good for you fella. I,Ve often heard others guys quip this line in locker room talk.

Normally given out by the guy who attracting the opposite sex has never been a chore, whether through, looks ,physique,or confidence.

I find a certain arrogance with these guys....as not all guys are created equally. Not all guys conform into the category as being deemed desirable by women.

The subject of confidence from a guy as an attraction.... " who shouts the loudest, dresses the best or has the patter to flatter. Never got that? Often feel women are missing out on so many good fellas because of it.

The big issue with this is that demand for paid for sex creates demand and that is often fulfilled by women who are trafficked into what can only be described as sex slavery. Now some people may not care that happens some people don't care what others are put through for their pleasure but those people wondering why others object to it really need a reality check.

To add.... I do feel that now with P/c now guys have to tread so much more carefully ...potential implications..with fear of misreading signals from women that more and more guys are doing it.

Women I feel, seem still seem to be in this picture perfect fairy tale prince charming mind set, and delude themselves that more guys than they think do it.

It should be legalised and properly controlled. The amount of women being trafficked and having passports taken away and false promises made is horrendous.

I have two things to say on this subject.

1. lots of people do jobs they hate doing because they need the money.

2. Everybody uses some part of their body to earn a living, so why are genitals any different?

True.

Would I sell my body for money? No

Would I sell my body if it was the only way I could feed my children? Yes

No we don't. Paying for drinks or a hotel, or even lingerie if you're stupid enough to do it, is not paying for sex.

Prostitution in the uk is legal.

The act of solicitation is illegal

There are various areas where the law is in limbo over the subject.

It is a very large, very subjective can of worms.

Escorting is legal, as the customer is paying for time. Whatever does or does not happen is down to consenting adults deciding to get sexual. People tend to conflate people trafficking with prostituion, but it's only one job in appalling conditions they might do, amongst many.

Exactly this!

It’s surprising how many think it is illegal.

Never paid for it myself but I've been involved in the industry.

Sex workers are usually maligned for 2 fundamental reasons, neither of which are the reasons people actually give.

They are maligned because:

1: They threaten women on a proximal basis that they make it easier for a husband to stray with little consequence. Almost guaranteed discretion and minimal investment. An hour with a hooker is the sort of expense you can write off in your account books by overspending on a few lunches over the course of a couple of weeks. Women know this.

2: They also threaten women on a wider more fundamental level as they effectively lower the currency value of access to vagina. If prostitution became legal an awfully large number of men would start asking the question about whether or not a relationship was the best/most prudent way to address their sexual urges. It's the same reason that sex toys for men and theoretical sex robots are maligned.

So of course we as a society control the currency by the only effective tactic, shame.

Control the flow of sex, control those who are motivated by sex.

We are adults with adults needs and as long no one gets hurt or is exploited, yes, seriously considering it, not being successful in any other way of trying to have a sex "life".
