Ywa time, mileage, speed im runnibg etc. Want to get back in shape maybe get back to half marathon or another marathon. Easier if i know how im running

You would be best purchasing a watch such as a Polar, Garmin or SUUNTO. I currently use the Garmin Forerunner that enables me to collate my training data on my computer.

Thanks will look into a watch. Hard getting back running when you are just gaging how you feel instead of knowing speed, miles etc

Definitely buy a cheap running watch. Even the basic ones are great bits of kit

Strava is very popular and well featured even at the free level.

I would also agree with the recommendations to get a fitness watch. Personally I've got the Tomtom way one but there's loads of good ones to choose from.

We have Garmin watches and we link them to Strava too as when you are running with others and they are on Strava it links you into their run, great when you are running in a running club too x

I connect my watch to Strava. You can also use Strava as a standalone device.
