Don't connect the blue pipe under any conditions your machine we blow up - it's the red one

Take no notice of them hun, it's deffo blue. Machines come as cold fill only now, the machine will heat the water as required

Just re done the whole house - can assure you it is the cold BLUE one. All new washing machines heat the water up themselves so only need a cold inlet. But if you fancy a blow we are open to it

Definately blue - it's all to do with energy efficiency. The machine heats the water up as required, thus using up all your electricity instead of using the hot water that you've already paid to heat which is standing idle in a hot water cylinder (unless you have a combi boiler)

Progres .....

Yes but don't forget that the splitter sideflange sits in between the washing machine inlet valve and flange expander reversible fixing - else the sideflange won't flange properly and all your water ends up going on the fookin floor behind the machine!
