"Why is orange jam called marmalade?

Fabio. From my Hotel expertise, let me clarify it all.

Marmalade originates via France plus any connections they had to Portugal where it relate to (& still does) to Citrus Fruits. Think of Seville marmalade as it's made of oranges traditionally from Seville. Marmalade used to be made using Quince for which the Portugese word is 'marmelo'

Jelly is simply the juice of whatever fruit is being used + sugar.

Jam is generslly the fruit being crushed into a thick pulp with sugar added.

Hope this helps you.

"Henry or Bergkamp? "

you my friend are truely one evil person.....

okay.... DB is the player i think we would all want to be because he was just so talented he didn't have to work hard and he was normally best person on the pitch by a mile...

but TH14.. man he grew up with up, by the end he was one of us and is still one of us and there are not many footballers you can say that about... i think arsenal are one of the few teams where the foreigners who came in embraced the history or you were never going to survive.. its the difference between a ljunberg and pires who did... from reyes and arsharvin, who were ultra talented, but didn't...

i wandered off the question... give me henry.. but i think they will both come back to the club in some form... and vieira as well...

you could absolutely see bergkamp come back as a director of football, or heading up youth development.. and a henry or vieira being the manager after unai....

have to say i am more a college football fan than an nfl one (have to if i support the jets... its gets me thru)

the two teams who have gone "all in" this years are the chiefs and the rams... so it would not surprise me if they ended up in the superbowl....
