A few years ago I did a half marathon on "No Bra Day". The first I knew about the day was seeing a lady with it emblazoned on her t-shirt. She ran the whole distance (13.1 miles) with no bra.

I'm smaller than her and doing parkrun today (3.1 miles). I'll be wearing a bra!
